    The projected capacity of the chemical waster water treatment plant is 1825 tons/hour and mainly undertakes the treatment of industrial waste water and part of sanitary waste water from the First, the Second and the Third Petrochemical Plant, Polyester Plant, Instrument and Meter Plant and from other plants of PFAET.

The projected capacity of the Oil Refinery Waste Water Treatment Plant is 1825 tons/hour and mainly serves for the Refinery Plant and Rubber Plant of PFAET. The types of waste water include oily waste water, sulfur-bearing waste water, alkaliferous waste water, recycled water blow down, sanitary waste water and rubber waste water.

  The processing capacity of the Sanitary Waste Water Treatment Plant is 20,000 cubic meters/day and the total investment is RMB10 million. It was set up in 1994. The plant adopted the technology of two-phase method of mineral slag packing and method of biogenic contact oxidation and processes the city’s sanitary waste water. The outflow water quality is 60mg/liter, 20mg/liter
