Architect-Medical Facilities
 Project Architect with 2-5 yrs+ of Medical Facility experience.  Contract to Direct or Direct.

 

Architectural Designer
 Ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of architectural experience working on a variety of projects and production drawings, mainly medical/health care facilities. Must have strong Autocad skills who also can eventually handle Jr Project Manager duties for the consulting business. This is a contract to direct position.

 

Autocad Technician

Designer/Drafter will be working on facilities floor plans and be on a team producing equipment planning drawings, take drawings from outside sources and interface with floor plans with clients equipment.  Must be proficient on Autocad 2000/2002 with experience in architectural and production drawings.  This is a contract to direct position.

Civil Land Developer
 Civil Land Developer with subdivision experience.  Will be working on new subdivision development including grading, roadways, wastewater’s/sewers, utilities, etc., Looking for someone with 8-15 years experience, PE is preferred, and AutoCAD proficiency.
Direct Position

CMM Programmer
 CMM Programmer for Brown & Sharp equipment using PC DMIS with a machining background. This is a  direct position.

Designer
 Pro E Designer to provide frame systems and frame shop with process drawings.Proficient with Pro-E, Pro-Process, detaching the current model and creating stand alone drawings.  Able to understand and interpret CMM data presented in spreadsheet format.  Process familiarization with welding and tool & die experience is helpful.  This is a long-term contract position.

Diesel Technician
 Contract to direct openings for Diesel Technicians (Journeyman level 1 and2, and helpers). All shifts available. Must have own tools and CDL.

Drafters w/ Concrete Experience
 Multiple positions available for Drafters with precast or prestress concrete experience.  Concrete experience and strong AutoCAD skills are a MUST for these contract to direct openings.

Manufacturing Engineer Manufacturing Engineer to support high volume day to day aluminum case machining operation.  Experience with aluminum machining on horizontal machining centers, CNC programming , strong SPC knowledge with process capability studies, understanding of lean manufacturing principles, ability to demonstrate initiative to develop and implement continuous improvement projects,  and machine and process troubleshooting skills.  Autocad is a very strong plus.  This is a 18 month+ contract assignment. 

Manufacturing Engineer
 Engineer with Gear machining experience to support high volume gear machining operations.  Requires Steel machining, CNC programming, SPC knowledge, and Lean Mfg. experience.  Long term contract.

NVH Lab Techs and Engineers for Motorcycles
 Lab Techs and Engineers needed to test motorcycles and their components.  Minimum of a 2 yr. degree required.

Plant Manager/MFG Engineer
 Oversee and support CNC Machine shop.  Requires 5+ yrs CNC Machine shop management experience and knowledge of ISO standards.  DIRECT OPENING

Pro E Design Engineer
 Project Engineer doing product development working concept through release.  Candidate will be working on Pro E a majority of the time and will be working on more than one project at a time.  Requires BSME and 2-7 years experience.  Design consulting company helpful.
Pro E Product Design Engineer with 3-5 yrs of Plastics experience for consumer products.  BSME degree and

 

pro E Surfacing Designers
 Requires a 2 yr. degree with 3+ years of Pro E experience and hands-on Surfacing experience.  Long term contract.

Process/Application Engineers
 Direct Openings for people with 3+ yrs. of direct marketing experience with biological nutrient removal treatment plants or diffused air products.  BS/MS degree required.

Sr. Architectural Project Lead

Responsible  for both the client and to the firm for the successful execution of the project: including the meeting of all project goals, quality of our work performed, client service, quality of work preformed, utilization of staff, contract management  and project profitability.  Requires minimum of a BA degree in Architecture with 5 years + of team/project leader experience with healthcare or medical facilities experience highly preferred.  There is one direct position located in Milwaukee and one direct position in Madison.

Sr. Mechanical Product Engineer
 BSME with 3-8 years of engineering experience that has hydraulic and or valve experience.  Candidate will be working on hydraulic components and valves from conception through production (prototyping, testing, design validation, etc).  Pro E experience is preferred.  This is a direct position in the greater Milwaukee area.

Sr. Project Engineer

Maintains surveillance over projects assigned to others to affect exploratory research and application of sound engineering principles, analysis, and evaluation.  Develop and coordinate projects from conception through design, development , and evaluation.  Requires BSME (MS preferred) and 10years + with proven new product design and project management experience with 5 years of Pro E.   This is a direct position.

Structural Drafter
 Structural drafter with experience at an A & E firm working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education structures for large and small projects. Candidate will be utilizing Autocad 2004. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years structural drafting at an A & E firm doing construction drawings. This is a contract to direct opportunity.

Structural Drafter-Madison
 Structural Drafter with 1yr + experience on AutoCAD working on foundations, steel and concrete.  Contract to Direct in Madison, WI.

Structural Steel Detailer
 Candidate must have experience working on structural steel for fabrication, mainly for stairs and railings.  Must be proficient on Autocad.  This is a contract to direct position.

Technician, NVH
 Candidate will have Associates degree with 5+ years of similar experience in Noise Vibration Harshness testing, acquire Pass-By test data, help schedule work orders, maintain experimental parts, help maintain test equipment and daily technical laboratory support as required.   

Test Engineer
 Test Engineer is required to support development testing needs in up to two development test cells.  Candidate will develop, improve, and modify test methods and processes, facilitate processes for requested work,                     collaboratively develop and document test programs and plans, interpret and translate test requests into clear test requirements  and instructions for dyno/cell operators, collection of test data, translate and convert test data         results into decision  ready information and facilitate the communication of this info to the customer base. Requires a BSME with 5 years of  relevant experience.

Tool Designer
 Tool Designer that will design a variety of tools and fixtures to be used for manufacturing components.  Strong design background in metal removal and work holding fixturing.  Experience in designing functional and process     gages, working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics, and assembly tooling.  4000 hours of AutoCAD, ProE a plus.

Wallpanel Designer
 Experienced wallpanel designer for residential and commercial building.  Looking for someone with MITEK experience.  Contract to direct opening.
