to the valued employers :
1 : Pakistan Foundation for
the advancement of engineering and technology has a manpower data
bank , which provides the Employers an option to select the required
personnel of their choice at a very short notice.
2 :
Pakistan Foundation for the advancement of engineering and
technology will advertise ,necessary, the requirements of the
Employers, in the news papers.
3 : Pakistan Foundation
for the advancement of engineering and technology prefers the
selection criteria of the work force by the Employers representative
directly.
4 : Pakistan Foundation for the advancement
of engineering and technology will with the employers representative
or otherwise, arrange the selection of the workforce through
Interview / Trade Test etc .
5 : Pakistan Foundation
for the advancement of engineering and technology may also select
the work force on the behalf of the Employer through its Committee
of experts which consists of the Board of Governors of the
Foundation.
6 :Pakistan Foundation for the advancement
of engineering and technology will complete all the necessary
formalities in Pakistan in connection with
(a). Interview
(b). Professional Tests
(c). medical test
(d). Signing
the Foreign Services Agreement
(e). Visa processing
(f).
Clearance of the Emigration
(g). Flight arrangements for the
candidates, etc..
7 :Pakistan Foundation for the
advancement of engineering and technology will not charge any fee
from the employers for the processing of the requirements and will
charge nominal service charges from the candidates as approved by
the Government Of Pakistan.

advancement of engineering and technology is a non profit oriented
organization and the commitment is to ensure the supply of quality
workforce at a minimum cost within the time schedule given by the
employers.
